<p>I try to make this site without JavaScript, I use <strong><a href="https://bulma.io/">Bulma</a></strong> Which doesn't require JS, but full disclosure, I've used it for the mobile version (so they can navigate it), and some custom widgets. but this site will function if you turn JS off</p>
